Tanz die Fülle mit 5 Rhythmen® & Soul Motion® in der Toskana

Fülle ist das Motto dieser Woche im Herbst in der schönsten Jahreszeit in der Toskana! Wir tanzen, singen, feiern und genießen das köstliche und erlesene, primär vegetarische Essen und das stilvolle authentische toskanische Landleben.

Das reichhaltige Programm bietet Soul Motion® Mindful Movement Einheiten sowie Bewegungsmeditation am Vormittag, eine 5Rhythmen® bzw. Soulrhythms Einheit am Abend und ein optionales Zusatzprogramm. Wir haben die Möglichkeit bei der Olivenernte und der Pressung dabei zu sein, evtl. bei einer Wein Spätlese mitzumachen und die Arbeit im Weinkeller zu erleben. Die Region ist das Haupt Erntegebiet für Kastanien in Italien.

Le Pianore bietet neben der köstlichem und erlesenen, primär vegetarische Küche, ein sehr stilvolles authentisches toskanisches Ambiente. Maximale 24 Teilnehmer.

Dance the Richness with 5 Rhythms® & Soul Motion® at a wonderful quiet place Le Pianore in Tuscany, Italy!

We are happy to dance with you in Tuscany, Italy. Enjoy Abundance with a group of inspiring people! We will celebrate in dance, delicious organic food and altogether have a great time in the best time of the year in the Maremma region of Tuscany.

The rich program offers Soul Motion® mindful movement classes as well as movement meditation in the morning, a 5Rhythms® or Soulrhythms unit in the evening and an optional activity. We have the opportunity to be part of the olive harvest and the pressing, to participate in a wine event and to experience the work in the wine cellar. The region is the main harvesting area for chestnuts in Italy.

Between the morning and evening unit there is enough time to explore the wonderful area of southern Tuscany. Destinations are the Merigard community, the Spoerri Garden or the hot springs of Petrolio. For less active persons or days there is time to relax and enjoy springtime.
